About us:

We are the fastest growing supplement and sports nutrition provider in Europe. 

With over 12 sites running across Europe, an energetic and entrepreneurial search marketer is now sought to bring expertise and results across both our organic and paid campaigns. This role will be a senior member of the marketing team and is expected to work widely across our core businesses. 

This position will drive acquisition strategy, planning, execution, conversion and measurement across multiple channels, including paid search and online media.

The candidate is expected to make an immediate impact.

Search Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

> Develop and oversee execution of search (both organic and paid)
> Research and analyse industry changes / developments and develop actionable plans to stay at the forefront of our industry
> Manage day-to-day relationships across country management teams
> Develop, measure and analyse campaign testing to maximise ROI
> Lead point of contact with agencies and suppliers
> Provide training to country management teams
> Drive and support culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

> Solid search marketing experience
> Expert understanding of search engine marketing
> A proven track record in SEO (agency or client side)
> Previous hands-on experience in a PPC role and current expert status, including Google Shopping
> Experience with search marketing tools, applications, web analytics, landing page optimisation
> Experience managing staff and agency resources.
> Ability to lead and inspire in an international environment
> Good analytical skills matched by strong sense of curiosity
> Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
> Languages extremely desirable
> Affinity to category helpful
