Job Title - I.T. Support Administrator
Salary - Competitive salary
Location -York Based
Hours of work - 8:30am - 17:30pm

our client is a forward thinking, innovative, national construction and fit out company based in York, providing a bespoke and unique construction solution.

We are currently heavily investing in a pioneering new ERP system, and are looking for a bright, motivated & enthusiastic IT Support Administrator to be part of the implementation team, progressing to be responsible for the ongoing support and administration of the system and other IT requirements.

KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to present to and train others
2. A good working knowledge of MS products including Exchange, Office and Project. Knowledge of report writing and data analysis using SQL and Crystal Reports would be an advantage.
3. The ability to communicate well over the ‘phone to support our site based operations
4. Can communicate well at a technical level, with our ERP provider, and associated 3rd parties
5. Knowledge and experience with VPN\Remote users\Site to Site support
6. A full UK driving licence is essential for site visits, but predominantly York based
