The Advertiser Support Executive role is responsible for the day to day management and delivery of admin based processes and tasks. You will contribute towards delivering efficient and quality support to the company's premier clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to learn about the online marketing industry and build a career.

The role incorporates a variety of administrative, financial and management responsibilities whilst overseeing relationships with all key stakeholders (Advertisers/Client, Publishers and Agencies) across Europe and beyond. The candidate must be willing and able to commute to our Telford Centre of excellence (Shropshire).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond and action Client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner within agreed service level agreements (SLA's) whilst maintaining quality at all times
  • Logging all Client enquires via the internal system
  • Documenting and undertaking all Client specific requirements and processes ensuring records are maintained
  • Management of invoicing administration
  • Monitor and audit the performance of the programs via the company's proprietary advanced reporting intelligence suite
  • Manage the deployment of:

o marketing creative (advertisements)

o affiliate communications (newsletters)

o offers (voucher codes)

o commissions

  • Project participation when required, making sure the consistent delivery of projects within set timeframes
  • Attend regular calls with clients to assess customer satisfaction, provide consultancy and discuss new strategies to implement

The Candidate:
