This successful independent telecommunications company is looking for an experienced Billing Manager to join their busy team.
Your duties will include:
- Day to day management of the billing platform
- Manage and ensure accurate billing each month
- Complete reporting requirements
- Identify billing procedure improvements to advance and streamline the process
- Identify incorrect charges direct with providers and ensure credits received
- Ensure customer details and records are accurately updated and maintained
- Complete commission reports
- Provide precise and comprehensive billing reports on a regular basis
- Manage and deal with alerts
- Other ad hoc duties in line with the requirement of billing
The successful candidate will need to have the following:
- Previous experience of working within a billing environment preferably Telecoms
- Advance Excel skills
- SQL knowledge preferable
- Be diligent and accurate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT and numeracy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Problem solving
- Be able to work on own initiative
