The Company:

Main purpose:
To plan and manage their Freight Forwarding services for their European market

The Role:
- To provide excellent level of customer service
- To liaise with international suppliers & clients
- To process enquiries in a timely manner
- To keep to company service level agreement
- To solve any issues & complaints
- To keep an accurate record of documentation
- To monitor progress on orders, shipments and delivery schedule
- To provide quotation and transport costs
- To negotiate rates and transport schedules
- To build & maintain excellent relationships with clients & suppliers.

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) to native level is Essential
- Fluent in German AND/OR Polish (Written & Spoken) is Essential
- Experience/ knowledge in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Transportation is desirable
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast- paced environment
- Quick-thinker & effective problem solver
- Proactive & adaptable personality
- Confident telephone manners
- PC literate in MS office applications

Salary: Up to £26,000 pa DOE + Excellent Benefits
