The Bakery Project was developed exclusively for Tesco by the award-winning Euphorium Bakery team and its founder Daniel Bear, so we are not short of bakery expertise…we know our Bannocks from our Dundees!

Working for The Bakery Project, as a Bakery Shop Assistant, will mean that you have responsibility to champion our fast-paced and unique offering.  By getting involved, you will offer an exceptional service that our loyal customers have grown used to and our new customers would expect.

Key responsibilities of the Bakery Shop Assistant will include:

- Contribute towards sales and service with replenishment of stock, serving customers, limited baking and packing.

- Adhere to health and safety practises within the store, including hygiene standards.

- Working shoulder to shoulder with Tesco and other team members.

- Awareness of the key stakeholders.

- Prioritising your tasks

- Adhere to product layout and display principles
