This growing health and beauty e-commerce retail business are passionate about product quality and the customer experience. They are looking for a like-minded creative, customer focused and highly motivated E-commerce Champion. Someone who will infect the business with their boundless energy, insatiable drive to succeed and passion for improving the customer experience.

As well as being a highly skilled manager, marketer and data analyst, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and successfully completing E-commerce projects of various sizes. This should include managing external development agencies to deliver projects such as re-platforming or cross-border expansion.

The salary is £40k-45k dependant on skill set and experience plus a generous bonus based on company performance. They offer 25 days per year holiday rising with length of service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of E-commerce including:

- The customer journey and experience.
- Managing and motivating a growing team.
- Project Management.
- All online/offline marketing.
- Data collection, analysis and action.
- Website development, maintenance and testing.
- Growing and maintaining the product portfolio.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Supplier Relationship Management.
- Close liaison with the Directors to form future strategy and ensure business growth.

The successful candidate will possess:

- Exceptional customer focus.
- Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail.
- Proven project management including prior experience of managing large scale E-commerce projects.
- Acute commercial acumen
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Limitless creativity with a passion for problem solving.

A comprehensive digital marketing skill-set is essential, including:

- Search engine marketing including all aspects of PPC, including search, shopping and display, across all networks including Google and Bing.
- SEO
- Onsite marketing and CRO
- Email marketing - including advanced segmentation and personalisation.
- Affiliate marketing
- Social Media
- Managing external agencies to ensure the maximum ROI
- Exploring and experimenting with the latest marketing tools and trends

Strong analytical and data mining skills are essential, including:

- Gathering and understanding all website, sales and customer data using both
Google Analytics and SAP Business One.
- Using data to form strategy and make critical business decisions.

You should also have an excellent working knowledge of the following:

- User Experience and website testing including conversion rate optimisation
- Project Management (any experience in managing extensive Ecommerce projects would be especially advantageous.)
- Customer Relationship Management
- Supplier Relationship Management
