Salary: 20k-33k basic (dependent on experience) with an un-capped commission
Benefits Includes: pension, laptop and 22+ days holiday

The Role
You will be responsible for selling our client's business reports to industries such as telecoms, pharmaceuticals, energy, packaging, food and drinks among others. This role is an excellent opportunity to work within some highly lucrative markets, therefore putting you in a strong position for personal career growth. The sales targets are realistic and achievable, the commission system generous, all meaning that there are real opportunities for you to make a real difference to your take-home pay.

An office based role reporting to the Sales Director, main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Selling over the telephone to past clients
* Achieving the desired personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Getting past gate keepers, through to the decision makers
* Researching new contacts, so some lead generation
* Negotiation packages with clients
* Building sustainable relationships with repeat buyers and large accounts
* Setting up conference calls and/or webex demos of the reports
* Promoting bespoke reports as part of the business offering
* Ideally for someone who may have events sales experience, but after a more quality led sales environment

Personal Skills and Experience needed for this role:
As well as being able to demonstrate a proven track record in a sales role, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate they have the following qualities:
* Telesales experience, ideally b2b. 1+ years.
* Experience in hitting set KPIs consistently
* A dynamic, cheerful personality with a 'can do' attitude and pro active approach
* Customer service experience over the phone
* Good rapport building capabilities
* A self motivated person
* A good team player
* Driven and persistent
* Motivated by money
* Administration and organisation skills
* Good level of IT knowledge, Google, Excel, word etc
* Good numeracy skills
* Good Communication skills, at all levels within a business
* Experience in using a database CRM system is an added advantage
* An additional language is an advantage
