Our client, an international professional services organisation who are known market leaders in their field, are looking to hire a banking conduct specialist to join their Financial Services Regulatory Compliance Team. This is an opportunity to join a new team, which allows visibility and career progression prospects, however you are still part of a wider business who are recognised internationally for their high quality work for high calibre FS clients.
The department includes industry leading names in FS regulation and therefore you will have the opportunity to learn from the wealth of experience held by more senior team members.
The successful candidate will be;
* Experienced in banking conduct issues, either retail or wholesale, and be familiar with FCA rules/COBS/MCOBS/TCF guidelines/s166 reviews
* Have worked for either a well-known bank or professional services firm
* Possess enthusiasm and a can do attitude
* Have the right personality to work in a client facing role
* Work well in a team
