Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Architect - Power management - Cambridge
An opportunity to join the premier fabless semiconductor company, as a Mixed-Signal IC Architect developing their unique technology for applications in the wireless sector.
Within their growing Cambridge design centre, and working with their US team, you will join their team to specifiy power management IC solutions, partition these into designs for implementation, and validate the implented designs against your defined requirements.
It is expected that the successful Analog Mixed-Signal IC Architect, will have an excellent academic record, with industrial experience in CMOS Analog IC Design
designing power management circuits including; SPMS, high-frequency DC-DC converters, Buck Boost, LDOs and charge pumps. Working in wireless technologies such as LTE, WCDMA or WLAN would be beneficial.

Key words: Analog (analogue) IC Design, CMOS, power management, SPMS, DC-DC converters, Buck Boost, LDOs and charge pumps. Experience in Op-Amps and bandgaps are also required as well as strong tool knowledge in Cadence design tools. Experience in power amplifier design and LTE, WCDMA or WLAN standards is ideal.
