Executive Housekeeper for 5* Luxury Hotel in Central London - £70000 + package
Location: Central London
Salary: £70000 - £75000 + bonus, pension, medical insurance and other benefits

Our client seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join this successful 5* Luxury property in Central London.
You will be responsible for providing both strategic and hands-on leadership in directing the housekeeping operations to ensure the department achieves its goals and effectively contributes to the guest experience whilst maintaining high standards.
Reporting directly into the Hotel Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
MAIN DUTIES:
Leadership and management of a team of circa 80, ensuring effective payroll control
Manage and oversee various departmental projects that can includes refurbishment, SOPs review and other performance and service improvements
Coach and develop a team of 3 managers
Ensure all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations are strictly enforced in line with the standards to ensure guests and colleagues' safety.
Responsible for the department budget and forecast and ensuring cost control throughout the division
Liaise with Executive Management and other departments to monitor service quality, plan unique guest experiences, ensure SOPs and method of working are constantly improved in order to maximise guest and team satisfaction.
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
Currently be working as an Executive Housekeeper within a 4*L or 5* hotel (150+ bedrooms)
Previous experience as a manager / executive level within 5*L hotel
Superb attention to details and understanding of a luxury brand
Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring teams
Highly driven and motivated individual and be an expert in your field
Exceptional organisation skills
Excellent customer service skills for guest interaction
The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
Approachable, friendly and understanding of the daily needs of a busy housekeeping team
Ability to multitask, prioritise and vision for the property
