Due to exceptional growth projections, we currently have excellent opportunity for a talented Telesales Manager to join a rapidly expanding company based in Leigh!

 

Company

 

Our client has secured a huge amount of funding on the government Eco Boiler scheme and can offer funding towards replacement boilers, loft and cavity insulation.

 

 

 

Role

 

As a Telesales Manager you will have full responsibility for guiding your team to achieve company sales targets and KPI’s. You will be tasked with but not limited to;

 

* Managing and motivating a team of Telesales Advisors

 

* Ensure your team have all the tools they require to achieve their targets

 

* Coach and develop your team to ensure you get the best from every advisor

 

* Conduct daily/monthly reports for line managers

 

* Develop commission structure to ensure best fit

 

* Recruitment of new team members

 

* Achieve all company’s sales targets and KPI’s

 

* Ensure a fun working environment

 

 

 

Candidate

 

The ideal candidates will have previous experience within a similar role, however full product training will be provided. The key attributes our clients are looking for are;

 

* Have a natural flair for sales and service

 

* Experience of achieving targets through managing others

 

* Coaching and developing skills

 

* Target driven and the ability to write up and analyse sales reports

 

* Well organised and highly motivated

 

* Dedicated, committed and punctual

 

 

 

In return our clients are offering a competitive basic salary of £21,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) with a realistic OTE of £35K-£40K per annum – this is what our client expects you to earn in year 1!
