Job Title: Operations Administrator / Team Leader
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Padiham
Department: Provisioning/Billing/Customer Service
Hours of work: 08:30 - 5.30 (Full Time)
Salary: £18,500 - £23,000
The Role
We are a B2B telecommunications company, which has grown significantly in the last few years. We are now looking for someone who possesses a strong technical understanding and has good leadership qualities to support our operations.
Your role as Operations administrator will concentrate on customer service and a mixture of provisioning, technical issues and first line support for customers.
You should be calm, technically minded, ambitious with the ability to handle customers and suppliers effectively. You should have a strong desire to succeed and possess excellent I.T and communication skills, whilst been able to work calmly under pressure

Objectives
* CRM task Management
* To ensure all appointments booked by staff are verified in accordance with criteria
* To provide effective day to day support to existing customers.
* To manage technical enquiries in relation to windows PC's, wireless routers, data connectivity
* To manage workload effectively; ensuring work is prioritised appropriately
* To place orders with accuracy and attention to detail
* To collect outstanding customer invoices via card payment and issuing collection letters.
* To be competent with Excel, word, web portals and quick to learn technical processes.
* To log customer faults and issues with suppliers and engineering teams
* To manage inventory and stock levels
* To oversee telemarketing team and ensuring productivity
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
* Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
* Telecom and Customer Service background advantageous
* Driven and self motivated
* Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
* The ability to work under pressure
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong team worker
* Computer literature and competent within technical environment
* A full driving license is advantageous but not essential
