Award Winning Beeston Manor in Hoghton,  are now seeking 2 dynamic Licenced Hospitality Apprentices

As an new apprentice you will be a valued member of our hospitality team, within our Award Winning Hotel and Wedding Venue.

This family run business is set in 140 acres of grounds and aims to provide high quality functions, fine food and wines to Wedding and Corporate clients.

You will work alongside other experienced staff and learn all aspects of the role including

  • fine dining
  • bar work
  • customer services
  • function set up and clear down
  • excellent customer service.

You will receive excellent support and mentoring from the management team and in return we require either male or female apprentices to offer a flexible approach to their hours and work between 25 to 40 hours. There will be early starts and late finishes so you must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle. (if however you not yet passed your test but are in the process of learning to drive)  we will still consider you for the role.

You will have time off and  you don’t work every day!

Weekend work is mandatory  (We allow some flexibility in rota’s subject to agreement with the management, we are fair in this respect)

The wage is £5.00 an hour and a performance related bonus after 6 months

Candidates must have at least 4 GCSE grades A-C including English Language.

The Apprenticeship training for this vacancy will be provided by Runshaw College. As this is a funded Apprenticeship programme it is not open to candidates who have already achieved a qualification at Level 4 or above.
