Trainee Insolvency/IVA & Customer Service Advisor

Our client, a well respected, boutique insolvency practice, is seeking to recruit an experienced Lead Generation Executive to join their established team as a Trainee Insolvency & IVA Advisor Providing excellent customer service and generating associated sales/service leads for the advisors, you will be an experienced phone based customer service professional or lead generator, with exceptional communication skills, the ability to easily build relationships with customers and to identify potential leads for the financial advisor. You will be speaking with customers at length to obtain accurate/relevant data and offering initial advice and support. The successful candidate will have targeted sales experience or lead generation experience and the desire to develop within the Debt Management and IVA industry. You will be results driven, ambitious and demonstrate a professional approach to your work at all times. In return the company offers a competitive remunerations package of £14,000 to £20,000 plus bonus, training and the opportunity for progression This is an excellent opportunity to progress and develop within the Debt Management/IVA industry
