Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum dependant on experience

The Role: 

Our client a world class E-Commerce solutions provider is based in High Wycombe now have an exciting and demanding opportunity as a Service Delivery Administrator (SDA).  The role involves coordinating the delivery of services to customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery and coordination of services and enhancement Change Requests.  

Playing a vital role in creating long-term customer relationships, understanding the customer business and trends, acting as the bridge between the client and our operational support teams and fulfil a crucial information sharing and Escalation Support role.  The key responsibility of the SDA is to ensure governance across all areas of their services including service management, incident and change management, and continual service improvement.

The Person:

As a Service Delivery Administrator you will have experience in supplier management coupled with the ability to build professional relationships with clients across different markets and backgrounds. You will be quick to harness ambiguous requirements and translate these into workable solutions, as well as establish the issue the client is trying to resolve, to meet their needs.

You will be extremely capable in steering and managing customer expectations through politically difficult situations, be target driven with the ability to easily understand what is required to meet the key indicators for your clients and have the proven ability to consistently meet agreed performance targets including budget control for small changes.

In addition to the above you will also have experience and an in depth knowledge of both contingency planning and mitigation; you should also be adept at risk management with risks identified, options agreed & plan in place.

It goes without saying that the ideal applicant for this SDA role will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate to all levels in the organisation; you should also be extremely flexible and adept at managing change and conflicting priorities, able to operate as a team player and be self-motivated with the ability to work at a senior level with minimal supervision.

Other Experience Essential for the job:
  • Relevant industry experience within an eCommerce /retail product environment
  • Technical/Account Management experience, gained in the eCommerce / SaaS sector
  • Broad knowledge of technology / media / telecoms sector
  • Understanding and experience of the development life cycle & processes and roles within associated functional departments
  • Change management (organisation and cultural skills)
  • Successfully managed clients through the full client lifecycle, from initial on-boarding through to maturity & growth
  • A track record of successfully managing difficult and demanding clients, while facilitating between the client and the company during periods of stress and conflict
  • Negotiation skills
Qualifications:
  • Degree qualification is advantageous but not essential
  • ITIL is advantageous but not essential
