We are looking to recruit a Learner Development Worker to complement our existing staffing. The post operates from within the Core and Essential Skills team.
An enthusiastic, motivated individual is required to support FVC learners from various vocational areas, across four campuses. Main tasks include the delivery of essential skills workshops, attendance monitoring and generic day-to-day support including internal/external referrals.
Educated to at least HNC level or equivalent, you should have experience of supporting groups of learners in a classroom environment as well as on an individual basis. Excellent communication, ICT and customer-care skills are essential. ECDL, PDA or equivalent teaching/guidance qualification and driving license are desirable.
