Our client is looking for a strong Café Manager to run a trendy Café-Restaurant!! They are seeking a candidate who is passionate about service, understands the latest food trends, have good marketing skills, eye for details and know how to train and develop their team to deliver exceptional standards.

This is a full time contract role requiring flexibility with hours; 40 hours contract, Monday to Friday, mainly day shifts with occasional evenings involved.

As a Cafe Catering Manager your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for the F & B operation
• Overseeing the café-restaurant area and hospitality
• You have to maintain accurate accounting and review of PnL accounts to ensure KPI`s are met,
• Ability to manage the team effectively

The right Cafe Catering Manager will have:

• Highly customer focused
• Have good communication skills
• Excellent command on English language both in oral & written.
• Been a Manager in a stylish boutique café/deli
• A strong Assistant Manager who is looking for the next step will be considered
