GRADUATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / GRADUATE SALES EXEC

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary plus £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Our client is the leading provider of change and transformation resource for the financial services, technology and consulting sectors. With an aim to double in size in the next 6 months, they are looking for bright, ambitious graduates to join their team.

Their success stems from offering a consultative approach to recruitment solutions for our clients and the guarantee of one point of contact throughout the recruitment process from start to finish. Providing this continuity ensures that they provide their clients with a responsive and flexible service, sustaining their exceptional levels of customer service.

Whilst you will have to understand the whole 360 sales cycle - generating new business but also speaking to potential candidates, screening them and arranging interviews - the primary focus is new business; building up your client base and taking the company into unchartered industries.

Primarily you will be focussed on proactively seeking new business, engaging with key decision makers with the task of understanding their needs and providing them with solutions. You will start off shadowing meetings with senior employees, with a view to get you in a position when you will be able to lead meetings on your own as quickly as possible. This is a very client facing role, and hopefully would be in a position where you will be out of the office more than you will be in the office.

Our client is looking for graduates who are motivated and hardworking to join their business development team. Being driven and confident is vital in order to generate new business, attend client meetings and enable you to negotiate to close high value deals.
