**We are looking for a customer focused in-car entertainment / electronics / tech savvy candidate. Is this you?**

We are a leading supplier of in-car aftermarket electronics and car integration products and we are currently looking for a reliable and technically able individual for a varied role within a small team.

Your main responsibility would be to provide full support for our products from pre-sales advice to after-sales technical support for both retail and our existing trade customers.

The ideal candidate would be a very fast learner, be technically minded, decisive and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Customer Services / Technical Support Advisor Responsibilities are as follows:

> Responding to both presales and aftersales customer enquiries received on our email/support ticketing systems.
> Providing technical support to customers; explaining how to use our products and troubleshooting any issues they may be experiencing.
> Resolving technical queries, providing step by step guidance and
> Being the first point of contact for potential customers interested in purchasing our products and providing, advising and recommending products most suited for their application.
> Being first point of call for resolving all customer queries and issues such as with regard to shipping, delivery, product availability, invoicing etc.
> Administering and updating vehicle compatibility databases and installation manuals.
> Administering all online product listings, making product descriptions and listing new products as and when required.
> Product bench testing and evaluation and assisting in the development of product updates and new products.
> Generating customer invoices, taking customer orders and administering them via Quickbooks accounting system.
> Developing a relationship with new and existing customers providing product updates , recommendations and advise.
> Processing customer returns
> Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers as they arise
> Advising new customers about our products, issuing information as required and being their point of contact. 
> Assisting with order preparation ensuring that products have the correct parts and packaging etc as required.
> Managing and organising stock and processing goods in when required.
> Any other duties as requested

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

> Must be technically minded and able to think methodically and troubleshoot a variety of problems.
> Experience in the 12 volt industry such as replacing and upgrading car radios, audio and video etc would be ideal but not completely essential as training can be given.
> Customer service driven with excellent all round communication skills; must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. As the role involves a communicating with customers, it is essential that the candidate has excellent written English language skills.
> Must be technically minded and able to think methodically and troubleshoot a variety of problems.
> Ideally would have an interest in in car electronics and in-car products
> Must be a fast learner, be organized, proactive and self-motivated and have the ability to use own initiative and get up to speed with the new role as quickly as possible
> Able to work as part of a small team.
> Must be motivated able to work under pressure to multi-task and have a i‘can do’ attitude to work.
> Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills , Be able to give provide product purchase advise, and to solve customer issues.
> Experience in using book keeping software (i.e. Quickbooks) is preferred but not essential
> Has good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels.
> Must be very computer literate with knowledge of common software packages and generally be good with computers, mobile devices and IT systems.
> Must be punctual, very reliable and trustworthy.

Hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri

In-car audio technician, in-car audio sales, in-car audio / visual specialist, Car audio Installer, Electronics Customer Service Advisor, Audio Visual Sales Assistant.
