Affinity Trust is a national charity providing high-quality, personalised support to over 700 adults with learning disabilities and autism. We believe every person with a learning disability has a right to lead an active and fulfilling life and to enjoy greater control and independence.

To support our continued growth, we are currently recruiting in - Loughborough.

Support Workers – Full Time, Part Time and Bank

£14,604 per annum (£7.47 ph) + £500 - £1,000 enhancements.

What do we need from you?
As part of your role you will support individuals with everyday tasks such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, participating in social and leisure activities and providing personal care.

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

• A commitment to providing quality support
• Good interpersonal skills
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Willingness to work flexibly at different days and times
• Car drivers preferable
• Previous experience of providing support is not essential
