Home carer job- Leven

We are seeking experienced Home Carers to care for clients in their homes in the Leven and surrounding areas in Fife.

As a Newcross Home Carer, you will deliver an excellent standard of care to our clients who rely on us to support their wellbeing with dignity and respect. Daily tasks may include assisting with washing and dressing, meal times, personal care and assisting with activities as required.

We have 20-hour and 30-hour permanent contracts available and you will be expected to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends.

The role will cover a diverse range of needs including care of the elderly, learning disabilities, and complex care.

You must be willing to travel between locations so access to your own vehicle is essential.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be a naturally compassionate person with a strong sense of empathy for those individuals in your care.

You will also need to have:

• The right to live and work in the UK
• Business car insurance and access to your own vehicle
• At least 3 months’ previous paid experience working in a care or nursing home in the UK within the last 3 years
• Referee contact details for your current place of work, including a manager who can comment on your clinical ability, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs.
