Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager
Location: Worcester
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum DOE, plus potential bonus opportunity of up to £20K, company car and private medical insurance.

As a Business Centre Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales. This is different to a normal sales role, as you will need to build solid, long term relationships with your clients and motivate your staff team to provide solutions to your customer’s healthcare staffing needs. You’ll be motivated by achieving or exceeding performance targets and communicating those targets positively to your staff team, whilst developing and implementing a strategic business plan to enable the sustained growth of the Business.
Our staff are at the heart of what we do, therefore you’ll recruit, manage, train and develop a stellar team of healthcare employees and support staff as they are key to the success of this role, you will work with the Central Recruitment team to source excellent, quality focused staff members.
If you’ve got a strong commitment to excellence and the drive to succeed we’d love to hear from you. Experience as a Sales Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager may be advantageous for the role but not essential.
