Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Homeworking Internal Customer Service & Support Agent to join the team based Nationwide. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £14,000.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within one of the UK’s leading specialist vehicle manufacturer Insurance Company’s.

Homeworking Internal Customer Service & Support Agent – Job Role

- In this role you will be the key contact, speaking with and providing excellent customer & support service to their growing and extensive network of franchised car dealerships in the UK.

- You will be required to provide service support over the phone to dealership staff members at the time of their customers buying a new vehicle.

Their Ideal Homeworking Internal Customer Service & Support Agent

- As the successful candidate you will ideally be able to demonstrate a strong customer service background however, this is not essential, as candidates with a mature positive autonomous solution focused nature will certainly also be considered.

When you become their Homeworking Internal Customer Service & Support Agent extensive training will be provided at the start of the appointment for a period of approx one week at their headquarters in Rickmansworth Hertfordshire or their office based in Bristol, where hotel accommodation will be provided if needed.

The role will be completely home-based and so you can be located anywhere in the UK. A computer, internet and telephone will be provided. Good access to the phone and internet is essential.

Provisional working hours are 37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm and every 2nd Saturday 9:00am-1pm.
