This growing communications company is looking for a Technical Administration Coordinator to join their busy team based at their idyllic office in Hythe Marina Village near Southampton.
The ideal candidate should have a background in IT or Telecommunications as the role involves some first line technical support for their growing customer base.
Other duties include but are not limited to;
- Porting and migration of numbers and services to and from different telecom's carrier networks
- Validating supplier invoices against goods and services received prior to payment
- Providing first line technical support for Inbound, WLR and Hosted Telephony
- Providing first line technical support for their Broadband customers
- Liaising with suppliers to escalate technical issues and following this up to conclusion
- Assisting with the in-house IT requirements of the business, i.e. email, Microsoft office etc.
- Assisting with various projects for the business Directors
- Assisting with the day to day running of the office environment
The successful candidate should have;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and email
- A good telephone manner is essential
- Experience of Fixed line and Cloud Telephony services
- Excellent IT skills
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise the most urgent or time sensitive
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Be willing to join the 'on call rota' to cover out of hours support
