Back Office Analyst

A large established organisation is seeking a Back Office Analyst to join their busy team. You will be responsible for contract administration, completing logs, generating prices and invoicing. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Analyst to work for a very sucessful company!!

As a Back Office Analyst your responsibilities include:

  • Primary focus of the role is to perform operational activities independently and can apply extensive knowledge and skills in all contexts
  • Completing 2nd checks on confirmations/contracts
  • Working in a timely and organised manner to ensure Confirmations and Settlements completed accurately and timely, with full validation
  • Understanding the various calculations required to settle contracts
  • Actively chasing outstanding documents for contracts and invoices
  • Meticulous attention to detail and can manage problems independently with limited operational risk to the business
  • Thorough understanding of Back Office system architecture and is an experienced user of the system; supports others in complex situations

The right Back Office Analyst will have:

  • Good quality GCSE/A Level results in English (A-C), Maths and/or other science to A level A-C
  • Have a numerate degree (for example in Economics, Business, Finance, Maths etc)
  • Substantial relevant work experience and demonstrated seniority in content and behaviour
  • Full understanding of systems, processes and is proactively seeking improvements to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Constantly looking to develop understanding and knowledge and applying this to the benefit of the wider organisation
  • Full understanding of the organisation and department strategy and how this relates to own role
