Analog IC Design Engineer - Team Lead - High Speed

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer and team leader to join an established and successful company in their UK design centre. Key skills; PLLs, DLLs, High-speed custom and I/O, SerDes, Clock and Data Recovery, line drivers, 130nm and 90nm, Cadence, CMOS.

With a focus on providing networking and communications solutions, our client currently seeks a Analog IC Design team lead with proven track record of designing and developing complex ICs in CMOS processes as well as placing into volume production. You will be required to provide technical leadership to more junior engineers, get involved in very detailed technical discussions and grow the team.

Industry degree qualified (or equivalent) the successful Analog IC Design team lead will have established experience in Analog IC Design including strong knowledge in one or more of the following: PLLs, DLLs, High-speed custom and I/O, SerDes, Clock and Data Recovery, line drivers and deep sub-micron process design experience at 130nm and 90nm (65nm desirable).

Other experience required includes; strong Cadence design flow knowledge and an excellent understanding of design and layout fundamentals.

The ability to show strong leadership and initiative is imperative, and strong communications skills are essential.
