Test Manager
Test Manager / ISEB / Project Management / SDLC / HP Quality Centre / Financial Services / Permanent / Banbury / Oxfordshire
An established financial services organisation are looking to bring in an experienced Test Manager to join their talented team based in their Oxfordshire Headquarters.
As a successful candidate you'll be expected to manage and plan a portfolio of change related test projects and resources. You'll also manage test projects through the corporate test framework ensuring full traceability and compliance to industry standard best practice.
You'll lead a team of senior Test Analysts deliver a programme of application based test projects As well as developing the functional and business as usual testing for the Test Practice on all systems to ensure efficiencies are realised through repeatable and reusable test approaches.
As a successful candidate you'll have:
-Experience of structured approach to test management on major projects.
-Experience of leading test teams made up of project, supplier and business resources of -upwards of 5 team members.
-Developing and using metrics in test activities and models.
-Creating robust test strategies in multi-supplier environments.
-Managing stakeholders in a technical delivery.
Skills required:
-Project management skills
-HP Quality Centre
-Sound knowledge of the software development lifecycle
-Coaching and mentoring
-Financial services industry experience
