We are a leading mental health provider in Bristol, North Somerset, B&NES and South Gloucestershire. Our aim is to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health and other support need to achieve their hopes and ambitions.
Partnership Recovery & Development Manager (1 year fixed-term post)
Salary range: £29,593 - £32,334 pro rata per annum
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
This post is based in the new Bristol Mental Health Partnership which aims to ensure people receive the treatment and support they need to take control of their own mental health and lead fulfilling lives. This role will be pivotal to the development and implementation of Recovery Navigators, Crisis Intensive Support Workers and Early Intervention Support Workers on behalf of the company and VSC organisations in the partnership.
You will:
- Support the implementation of new ways of working and new practices within recovery orientated services.
- Provide leadership and support for the VCS staff.
- Work positively with the lot 1 lead (AWP), being a powerful advocate for the VCS role.
- Developing and contributing to tools and information to support these roles
- Manage the recruitment and selection
- Have a good understanding of Community Mental Health Services
- Have excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Be self-managing and self-motivated
- Be enthusiastic and resilient
- Have excellent partnership skills
- Have experience of Team Management or equivalent level in a specialist role.
- Be committed to Service User and Carer Involvement.
