Where do you come in?

Boasting rapid growth and an ever growing client portfolio our client is looking to take on graduates for the role of Internal Sales Executive, a role that is integral to our clients business. Working alongside like-minded individuals as part of a highly energetic sales team and reporting directing to the sales director, you will be the first line of response to customers to provide sales admin and service support. With a focus on maximising company sales and customer satisfaction you will receive excellent training of the products and solutions designed to identify opportunities to grow customer's businesses.

On a daily basis, you can be expected to, but not limited to:

  • Provide a first line response to customers by telephone and email.
  • Support external sales with the objective to increase sales and business opportunities in the territory.
  • Deal with incoming sales enquiries and provide budgetary pricing, quotations, lead time and delivery information.
  • Actively promote and sell our clients full range of products as designated by management.
  • Sales order processing to initiate order fulfilment ensuring accuracy and timely response.
  • Managing customer order books; pre-progressing customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Qualify sales leads.
  • Liaise and communicate regularly with marketing, procurement, finance, logistics and other departments to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
