What's the Sales Manager role all about?

- The basic salary for the role is up to £32,000pa with a realistic OTE of £49,000 OTE in year one, with top earners hitting over £54,000

- Defined career path/clear progression opportunities

 What will my responsibilities be as a Sales Manager?

- Leading a team of 10-12 Sales Executives

- Working within a dynamic fast paced sales office

- Creating a coaching environment which encourages continuous improvement

What skills do I NEED to have to be successful as a Sales Manager?

- The ability to inspire and motivate high calibre sales executives

- Experience of leading sales executives in a high activity sales role

- Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the full sales cycle

- A highly motivated attitude to targets

- Goal orientated with a passion to succeed

- Act with integrity at all times – placing the customer at the heart of all the decisions
