Customer Support Consultant

A Customer Support Consultant is required to join one of the leading providers of club management software to the health and fitness industry, serving over 750 clubs in the UK, Europe and Australia.

They develop, deliver and support an integrated business solution for club operations and membership DD collections.

Due to the level of growth in the next 12 months they are recruiting Customer Support consultants.

This is a key role in the organisation, creating positive outcomes from interactions with customers on the phone, by email and in on-line sessions. The main priority is supporting them to fully utilise the company solution and ensuring that they maximise the benefits that it provides.

This rewarding role requires excellent communication skills, a desire to help customers get the most from the company, good administration and organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership of customer's issues and resolve them efficiently and effectively.

Relevant experience in a Customer Support role is essential.

Salary £18k - £22k dependent upon experience
