Our client is now searching for an MOCVD Process Scientist to work on new process development projects. The role will involve working with various parts of the business as well as developing new MOCVD processes and equipment development.Required skills for the successful MOCVD Engineer will include the following:
-Strong semiconductor process background
-Indium Phosphide growth experience
-Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing environment
-BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
