Vehicle Collections Consultant

Carshop have an opportunity for a Vehicle Collections Consultant to join the team based Doncaster. Working 40 hours per week on a shift rota basis, the successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of £14,000- £15,000 per annum + Competitive holiday, Childcare Vouchers, Company Pension scheme and more.

The Vehicle Collections Consultant role in a nutshell:

As a Vehicle Collections Consultant, you will organise and handle customer vehicle collections and part exchange handovers, delivering an experience that exceeds customer expectations to help retain our customers for life.

What the Vehicle Collections Consultant will be doing:

- Provide a friendly and helpful service to our customers

- Deliver high quality vehicle handover experiences for all customers, including all administrative and vehicle preparation activity.

- Conduct pre delivery inspections as per agreed standards

- Ensure any customer issues are dealt with professionally and problems resolved quickly and efficiently

- Provide administration and receptionist duties as required

What we expect from the Vehicle Collections Consultant:

- Essential to hold a full UK/EU Driving Licence

- The ability to communicate with a diverse work and Customer groups

- To be self-motivated and driven to succeed and achieve

- To demonstrate an interest and passion in what we do
