School Administrator (Time-Tabling)

Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust was formed in November 2014 and comprises of three academies: Washwood Heath Academy, Brownmead Academy and Saltley Academy.

School Administrator (Time-Tabling)

Grade: GR3
Hours: 36.5 Hours per week (including school holidays)
Salary: £19,048-£24,472 per annum

Required December 2015

Whilst working as a committed member of the Administration Team, duties will include:

• Working in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team in creating the school timetable to deadlines, including scheduling the timetable.
• Assist in solving timetable issues and reporting back to SLT as appropriate.
• Ensure all staff and students have complete and accurate timetables for each new academic year.
• Use school data systems to create, amend and produce reports to help in the production of the timetable.
• Design, print and distribute other timetables., eg referral timetables, duty rotas, etc
• Co-ordinate room timetables.
• Assist in the accurate and efficient implementation of the ‘options’ process (administratively)
