An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced office administrator to join an established Preston based organisation. We are the main distributor of products from Wetrok AG, serving a distributor base supplying the public and private sectors with a range of cleaning products. We are experts in our sector and are committed to meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients by the provision of outstanding service and training.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, good time management and a passion for outstanding service.
As an office administrator you will enjoy a busy and varied role and provide full administrative support to the management team including, but not limited to:
- Working closely with the management team to ensure excellent customer service is provided to both established and prospective clients.
- Taking and Processing customer orders using Sage 50 Accounts
- Reconciling delivery notes with invoices
- Stock take and placing weekly orders
- Chasing overdue invoice payments & processing payments to suppliers when due
- Ensure accurate product records, pricing and stock levels are maintained using Sage 50 Accounts
- Produce customer, supplier & stock level reports using Sage 50 Accounts
- Stocktaking and order of office/warehouse supplies
- Organise logistical support/ travel arrangements for Senior Team as necessary
- Maintaining & Inputting accurate data into Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with the processing of employee monthly expenses, credit cards and mileage logs
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Receiving telephone calls, distributing to the relevant parties and assisting with enquiries and queries
- All other ad hoc administration as required by the role

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Confident working as part of a team in a small busy office environment
- Accurate data inputting
- Willingness to help out where necessary
Skills– Desirable
- Sage 50 Accounts experience
