A fantastic opportunity has become available for a successful and expanding company based in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-respected construction contractor with excellent opportunities to learn progress and establish yourself:
Duties:
Answering the telephone, recording of messages
- Data base entry of purchase invoices.
- Purchase order system
- Keeping all HR standard forms replenished
- Post
- Offer support to all departments.
- Shredding confidential information.
- Filling.
- Photocopying, laminating.
- Spreadsheets and maintaining records.
- Use a wide range software, emails, Excel and databases.
- General Office duties to include emptying of bins, shredder, making tea, keeping kitchen clean and tidy.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested.
Previous Experience:
You will ideally have previously worked in a busy office, with a hardworking team and you will have a strong administration background, ideally with competent PC skills including Word and Excel. You will be organised, well presented and be able to prioritise your workload.
