Receptionist £19-£22k
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and extremely well presented receptionist to join a prestigious law firm in the centre of Leeds.
You will be required to co-ordinate and manage the reception area, ensuring a consistently high standard of client service is maintained.
KEY DUTIES
Meet and greet clients, guests and visitors.
As a first point of contact for the firm, to ensure all clients, guests and visitors are greeted in a professional manner, catering for their individual needs where appropriate, ensuring they receive a first class service either in person or by phone/e-mail.
Provide advice and guidance on improvements to the reception service; maintain and establish procedures for the reception function;
Help induct new members of staff; arrange suitable cover for holiday's sickness etc.
To book and co-ordinate external meeting rooms and to ensure that they are effectively utilised;
To ensure that all rooms and client waiting areas are prepared and maintained to the highest order. To ensure a high standard of housekeeping and general maintenance of the client areas are achieved at all times.
Provide help and guidance to clients in respect of general enquiries e.g. travel to our office.
Manage and operate the switchboard, passing callers to the relevant colleague as quickly and efficiently as possible.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience in a receptionist or similar front of house role, gained within professional services;
Bright, enthusiastic and engaging personality, capable of interacting with people at all levels;
Smart, professional appearance;
Proactive abilities with a keen eye for detail;
Proven IT skills, in particular of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint etc);
An accurate and methodical approach to work, ensuring that processes, procedures etc are followed correctly;
