Our client a technology services company with decades of experience providing a broad range of network and communications services across a variety of industries is looking to recruit a experienced Rail Telecoms Engineer.

Your duties, as Rail Telecoms Engineer, will be to:

• Representing telent trackside you will be required to install and test telecoms to a high standard
• Ensure that the technical standards are met in all aspects of telecoms project work, in order that safe and successful project implementation and future reliability is achieved
• Participate in design, planning and execution of telecoms projects nationwide.
• Maintain a continuous communication with contractors and customers in the development and implementation of projects to ensure a uniformity of purpose and common targets
• Coordinate the engineering activities of sub-contractors
• Review and assess the engineering aspects of project change
• Perform duties as directed by management from time to time

Qualification/ skills required to become an Rail Telecoms Engineer are:

• Experience in railway engineering projects
• IRSE related qualifications desired, full support will be given to obtain and retain
• QEHS Experience within rail industry
• PTS
• A customer focused approach
• Fluent English speaking skills
• Verbal and writing skills of Chinese language is preferred
• Motivated and ambitious
• IT skills
