Job Elements: -

• Provide services in Electrical engineering in all areas of company operations: gas and diesel fuelled industrial engines, generating sets, combined heat & power systems and associated works.
• This role contributes to entire project cycle to include sales support, design, development, project realisation and commissioning.
• Prepare electrical engineering analysis for control and power aspects of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost and equipment selection.
• Prepare and interpret CAD drawings, schematics, layouts and other visual aids.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Manage project documentation and communication.
• To be involved with proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details.
• Able to confirm system and component capability by designing testing methods, testing properties

The ideal candidate will have:

• There will be a requirement for travel to sites for commissioning and service, both nationally and internationally, so valid driving licence and passport with no travel restrictions are required.
• Multi-skilled in Power Generation wiring systems (not domestic)
• Minimum 17th Edition electrical qualification and understanding of UK wiring regulations
• Generator experience
• Attention to detail, focus on quality
• Minimum of 2 years relevant engineering experience.
