Civil Estimator wanted;
Civil and groundworks Estimator required to join a regional contractor in Durham. You will be working on groundworks and civil engineering tenders in the following sectors:
- Housing infrastructure
- New-build housing
- Infrastructure
- River, flood and coastal works
- Sports and education
You must have experience of Estimating in a civil and groundworks capacity, and be able to work on multiple tenders at any one time. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparation of tenders, estimates, schedules and budgets
- Preparation of subcontract and material enquiries
- All general estimating duties
- Taking off
- Tender reports
To be based in Newcastle.
Salary - £30,000 Plus Benefits.
