Waiter/Waitress

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our new and expanding organisation at Willicombe Park luxury retirement village in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Waiters/waitresses will ensure that residents, club members and the general public are served efficiently and professionally within our formal restaurant. Other duties include keeping a clean and safe environment, as well as maintaining stock levels and cash handling.

The ideal candidate will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly manner, a passion for excellent customer service and will take pride in everything from their personal appearance to their workplace environment.

They will also hold a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus and have the ability to recognise guest’s needs, as well as potential sales opportunities.

Previous experience within a similar environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.

The hours of work will be between 10.00am and 8.00pm, adding up to an average of 20 hours per week. Therefore, applicants need to be flexible with regards to hours worked.

Applicants must own a full UK driving licence and car – applicants living locally are desirable.
