Care Coordinator - Domiciliary Care Branch - Cardiff - GBP16500-GBP20000 per annum plus on call

Our client, a well -established high quality care provider in Cardiff is now looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Coordinator for their expanding Domiciliary Care business.

You will be joining a happy and caring team where staff support, valuing staff and personal development is a priority. You will have already have achieved an NVQ 3 or working towards this, have good experience of planning care staff weekly rota's using 'People Planner' preferably, although full training will be given. Experience of supervising care staff, on call duties, liaising with care managers, families, NHS/GP services, colleagues and external agencies and of course person centred care. You will need to be an enthusiastic, positive supportive person who has an approachable cheerful character and who has good knowledge of the regs and care standards and be driven to provide high quality care.

Experience of taking on new care packages, carrying out risk assessments, ensuring staff and client files are kept updated and making sure your care staff are well communicated with and are fully briefed at all times. You will need to be a car owner/driver and reside in Cardiff with good local knowledge.
