Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a number of service focussed Technical Advisors’ to work within our busy Technical Customer Services Team. We are looking for people who share our enthusiasm for providing a personal approach to 1st /2nd Line Technical Support, and are able to see a query through from start to finish.

Our Advisors are ambassadors for our Company and we are looking for people who have:
•    A good knowledge of e-mail clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Mac Mail, Windows Mail;
•    Both a ‘can do’ attitude and ‘customer first’ approach;
•    The ability to take ownership and use initiative;
•    A genuine interest in engaging with customers and colleagues alike;
•    Good attention to detail and problem solving skills;
•    Excellent communication skills – including the ability to establish good working relationships with our customers and partners;
•    A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of BT’s network and infrastructure as well as IP Stream, SMPF, LLU (local loop unbundling) is advantageous; however we are happy to consider any candidate with experience and/or knowledge of troubleshooting IT, Phone, Broadband and Mobile Phone issues.

Your Role will include:
•    Acting as 1st/2nd line technical support for our customer base and internal departments;
•    Troubleshooting customers’ issues relating to our Internet, Landline, Mobile, VOIP and Internet Security services;
•    Supporting e-mail, webmail and web space services for our customers and partners.

Our Technical Team are open between 8am and 8pm from Monday to Friday and 9am to 4:30pm on Saturdays.
