Software Implementation Project Manager

My client is a software provider in the financial and instalment credit sector. They are a very well established organisation and still continue to grow.  They have over 25 year’s experience in the financial services industry, their systems are used by around 300 organisations in the UK.

The company pride themselves on their customer experience and due to the continued expansion of their customer base, are looking for ambitious, hardworking individuals to join the Customer Services Division.

The Role:
As an Implementation Project Manager you will assist in the handling and management of projects with both new and existing customers taking very hands on role in Training the customers, liaising with colleagues, report writing and project management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site and remote training sessions as required meeting client's needs.
- Offer training on all company products.
- Effectively managing your own time and workload including scheduling training sessions
- Working with other members of staff to keep documentation and training materials up to date
- Highlighting any quality issues
- Communicating with other staff to minimise delays, ensure a smooth delivery process and excellent customer service

- Ensuring all work meets the company's quality standards.

- Responsibility for the coordination and assignment of activities.
- Acting as a first point of contact for during initial implementation

Essential Requirements:
- Self-starter
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Good problem solving abilities
- Full clean driving licence
- Good working knowledge of IT
- Good working knowledge of business processes
