RTA Paralegal

This Solicitors Practice based in Bolton, Lancashire, have a dedicated team of solicitors and qualified legal executives who specialise in; Immigration, Personal Injury, Divorce & Family, Credit Hire and Civil Litigation.

As solicitors, they cover Bolton, Manchester and have clients across the North West and many more across the United Kingdom.

They are seeking to recruit an individual whom is looking to progress their career in Personal Injury, and is ready to hit the ground running.

They are looking for a candidate whom possesses the following skills:

- Ability to run your own case-load of between 120 - 150 files
- Running claims in the RTA Portal from the start through to settlement
- Ability to assess, understand, and explain medical reports and engineers reports
- Assessing liability & quantum
- Assessing loss of earnings/ Accounts
- Negotiation with third parties
- Concluding settlement of General Damages and Special Damages to include vehicle damage, credit hire, storage and recovery, loss of earnings and loss of services heads of claim.

They are looking for a candidate with the following personal attributes:

- Excellent spoken and written communications skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proclaim Literacy is preferable.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Ability to build good working relationships with people at all levels of the business
