Our client, a property related business, is looking to recruit an individual with some good basic experience in a role where they are able to communicate, professionally, over the telephone with business customers.

 

Your role will involve speaking to existing clients and up dating them on their property sales, arranging viewings with prospective buyers and taking their feedback following a viewing. Strong organisational skills essential to manage diary and schedule appointments

 

Must have good administration skills as need to be able to update client files accurately, together with excellent IT ability to update the in-house IT systems.

 

Sending out marketing information to prospective buyers etc

 

Full training given, and excellent opportunities to progress for the right candidate

 

Ideal role for someone looking for a career, a second jobber or a recent graduate (or equivalent) with some work experience whilst studying

 

Close to tram/train links, early finish Friday and lovely office environment
