Customer Service Executives
Central London
Our client currently recruiting for 2 Customer Service Executives to join their Head Office team in a prime location in Central London. The hours of working are 7-4pm or 10-7pm.
Key duties will include:
* Acting as first point of call for all telephone calls
* Delivering high level customer service
* Dealing with all enquiries and solving those enquiries to the customer's satisfaction
* Acting as Key holder for the building
This is a key role within the firm and requires candidates to have strong problem solving capability, superb communication skills and high level customer service.
Previous experience within a similar role is essential and if you have worked within the Recruitment or Apprentice sector previously this would be ideal but not essential.
