Is a fashion charity organisation and they are world leading event celebrating the creativity of students and graduates within fashion! They showcase the work of 1000s of the best and brightest students from the most influential and inspiring universities around the world.

Duties will Includes:

*Manage marketing expenditure for each event
*Nominate and manage PR Agency for each event: create and measure PR objectives, monitor and evaluate event and designer coverage.
*Promotion of Applications for Fashion Scout catwalk shows, presentations and showroom.
*Supervise ongoing Social Media, website and Mail Chimp mailing communications for both Fashion Scout and Graduate Fashion Week accounts.
*Develop and manage digital strategy, driving exciting content and editorial across all channels for both organisation
*Maintenance of existing databases and data capture at events to increase mailing list membership
*Work with In House Graphic Designer to create adverts, invitations, event assets, branding, signage and all other marketing assets as well as visual presentations to share with new clients and partners
*Manage event photographers to obtain images for press, documentation and sponsor requirements
*Contribute to overall event design and themes
*Produce daily newsletter and website updates during event live dates.
*Devise new initiatives to drive ticket sales and event footfall
*Devise and execute marketing projects to raise the profile of both brands
*Compile monthly press and marketing reports and organise meetings with key members of Management Team and other senior stakeholders.
*Generate income through sale and promotion of commercial spaces and partnership opportunities
*Devise and implement campaigns to support objectives of event sponsors and partners
*Attend relevant events and meetings on behalf of the company
*Maintain, identify and develop relations and long term partnerships with key fashion industry influencers.


Your qualities:

*Demonstrate a clear track record in retail or brand marketing and expertise in driving and maximizing key marketing activities that achieve international exposure.
*Commercial awareness
*Marketing experience within fashion/lifestyle sector
*Outstanding organizational and planning
*Ability to lead and motivate small team
*Excellent written and verbal English communication.
*French, Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are desirable but not essential.
*Comprehensive understanding of Mac operating system and Microsoft Office software.
*Project calendar and timeline management
