In this new role you will be responsible for contacting our client's customers by telephone to discuss their views and opinions on the level of service that our client offers with the aim of increasing their market share and customer base.

By carrying out follow up calls for Services, you will gather data on customer satisfaction and loyalty and determine how they can encourage customers to make our client their first choice. You will also contact their customers to remind them of regular Service and MOT requirements, book appointments and up-sell their products and services, supporting the dealership to achieve its performance targets and objectives.

You will be responsible for database reporting and administration including contacting customers to maintain database cleanliness and to establish basic market research.

As a natural communicator you will have the ability to quickly build relationships and influence customers, therefore great interpersonal skills particularly via telephone are a must. You will be organised with great time-management skills, have the motivation to work autonomously and be a real champion of providing exceptional customer service at all times.

You will need to be proficient in using computers, able to accurately capture customer details and information, be confident and have a positive and upbeat attitude when speaking to customers.

Previous experience working in a telephone based role is essential.

Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Basic Salary: £15k -£17k per Annum
